Responsible for ensuring accurate cost management, efficient subcontract administration, timely client invoicing, and maintaining financial compliance throughout all phases of the project lifecycle.
المسؤوليات
- Analyse project plans and provide cost estimations
- Manage and control all project costs from pitch to completion
- Prepare and review client invoices
- Oversee procurement activities and negotiate contracts
- Track project costs and identify cost-saving opportunities
- Prepare bar bending schedules (BBS)
المؤهلات
- Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) in Civil & Architecture
- 11 years of experience in construction and quantity surveying
