This role accelerates the People agenda by partnering with leaders and HR colleagues to implement effective people practices, tracking daily headcount, and supporting compliance with Saudi Labor Law.

المسؤوليات

  • Track and report daily headcount, attendance, and vacancies
  • Conduct ER investigations including human error-related cases
  • Administer the grievance management process
  • Support compliance with Saudi Labor Law
  • Monitor Saudization status and proactively flag risks
  • Employee lifecycle administration including onboarding and exits
  • Calculate overtime and compensatory off
  • Provide accurate HR inputs to payroll

المؤهلات

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related
  • Minimum of 1 year of HR operational experience
  • Preferably in FMCG or manufacturing
