Director Project Control

Kent is looking for a Project Control Director to be located in Saudi Arabia. Direct, manage, and oversee project controls for a multidisciplinary capital variety of projects spanning different business lines, including FEED, Detailed Engineering, Construction, EPC, and commissioning services projects. Responsible for functions related to project planning and scheduling, cost control, monitoring and forecasting, progress measurement, risk management, reporting, document control, and management.

- Direct and manage project controls for multidisciplinary projects
- Mentor and lead a large staff of project controls team members
- Develop and implement project control processes and systems
- Oversee project baseline process for cost and schedule
- Establish risk management protocols and identify potential impacts
- Ensure document management software is well utilized
- Identify and manage risks, opportunities, and variations
المؤهلات
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Construction Management, or Business
- Overall 20+ years’ experience in project controls
- Minimum 10 years of experience in a leadership role in project controls
- PMP, CCP, EVP from AACE International (preferable)
