Program Manager and Development Advisor

The Program Manager and Development Advisor serves as a liaison between Aramco participants, contracted universities, and vendors to ensure development programs meet pristine standards.
المسؤوليات
- Design and deliver learning content in-person and virtually.
- Develop and enhance course materials and digital tools.
- Oversee the full lifecycle of development programs.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for internal stakeholders.
- Manage logistical aspects including scheduling and onboarding.
المؤهلات
- Bachelor degree in business.
- 6 to 10 years of experience in leadership programs or curriculum development.
- Experience facilitating both in-person and virtual workshops.
- Experience with instructional design.
