Qiddiya Investment Company is looking for a highly organized and proactive Assistant Manager - Key Control & Administration to oversee key control systems and administrative functions across the organization. In this critical role, you will ensure the integrity and security of key control processes while also managing office administrative tasks to support operational efficiency. Your responsibilities will include developing and implementing key control policies, maintaining secure access to facilities, and ensuring compliance with safety and security protocols.

المسؤوليات

  • Supervise key control office operations including issuance, returns, custody, and reconciliations
  • Maintain accurate key registers, access logs, and administrative records
  • Enforce access authorization rules, SOPs, and escalation protocols
  • Coordinate with Security and Facilities Management on access requirements
  • Support housing office administrative workflows and documentation control
  • Conduct routine physical counts and reconciliations
  • Train staff on key control and administrative procedures

المؤهلات

  • Bachelor's degree in Administration, Security Management, or related field
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in key control, access control, housing administration, or security support roles
