International Free Zone Authority (IFZA Global) is hiring a Senior Project Manager for its Property department. This role oversees the entire project lifecycle for high-end interior fit-outs, from design concept to final handover, ensuring quality standards for luxury commercial and residential spaces.
المسؤوليات
- Oversee the entire project lifecycle from concept to handover
- Develop detailed project timelines and monitor progress
- Coordinate and supervise site activities and subcontractors
- Source, negotiate, and manage relationships with suppliers and vendors
- Ensure exceptional quality standards for all finishes
- Implement and enforce health and safety protocols
المؤهلات
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or Construction Management
- Minimum of 15 years of proven experience in high end interior fit-outs
- Currently working for a Tier 1 interior fit-out contractor
- Based in the UAE
