The client-facing Key Account Manager is responsible for managing and growing relationships with key commercial clients, ensuring their needs are met and that they receive exceptional service.
المسؤوليات
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key commercial and corporate clients
- Act as primary contact for insurance and risk management solutions
- Identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities
- Lead and coordinate the renewal process for assigned accounts
- Coordinate with claims, broking, finance, and technical teams
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity
- Monitor and report on KPIs such as retention and growth
المؤهلات
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Insurance, Risk Management, or related field
- 5-10 years of proven experience in account management within the insurance industry
- Solid experience in Commercial Risk / General Lines
