Sales Manager Security & Building Material Solutions

This high-impact role is responsible for driving business growth setting and achieving sales targets and building a strong sales pipeline in the projects channel. The ideal candidate will bring proven leadership deep market knowledge in KSA.
المسؤوليات
- Develop and execute annual sales strategies
- Forecast sales volumes, revenues, and profitability
- Build and nurture long-term customer relationships
- Present regular reports on sales performance
- Coaching and performance management of the team
المؤهلات
- B.Eng. in Engineering or related discipline
- Minimum 8 years in project sales and commercial roles in KSA
- Experience in the building materials industry is a must
