Manages security/loss prevention operations on a daily basis. Areas of responsibilities include protection of property assets, employees, guests and property, accident and fire prevention and response. Ensures that all areas of the property are safe and secure.
المسؤوليات
- Develop and implement emergency procedures
- Conduct investigation of all losses of property assets
- Deploy security staff to monitor and protect property
- Conduct periodic patrols of entire property and parking areas
- Identify recommendations for minimizing physical hazards
- Attend weekly forecast meetings to understand group needs
- Develop relationships with local law enforcement authorities
- Conduct employee performance appraisals
المؤهلات
- High school diploma or GED; 4 years experience in security/loss prevention
- OR 2-year degree in Criminal Justice; 2 years experience in security/loss prevention
- Maintain first aid and CPR certifications
