IT Quality Assurance Specialist

They are looking for a meticulous IT QA Specialist who can ensure our mobile applications meet the highest standards of quality while leveraging AI tools to work smarter and faster. Duties & Responsibilities include: Mobile Application, Web Portals and Kiosks Testing: Perform comprehensive testing of iOS and Android mobile wallet applications across multiple devices, OS versions, and screen sizes. Execute functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end testing for all new features and releases. Test critical payment flows including card transactions, peer-to-peer transfers, bill payments, remittances, and wallet top-ups. Validate user interface, user experience, navigation flows, and visual design consistency. AI-Powered Testing: Utilize AI testing tools to automate repetitive test scenarios. Leverage AI assistants to generate test cases, test data, and testing scripts. Test Planning & Documentation: Create detailed test plans, test cases, and test scenarios. Bug Tracking & Quality Assurance: Identify, document, and track bugs with detailed reproduction steps. Automation & Continuous Improvement: Build and maintain automated test scripts for regression and smoke testing. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product managers to understand requirements.
