We are looking for a courteous and professional Greeter to be the first point of contact for all customers visiting the branch. The role is responsible for creating a welcoming atmosphere, assisting clients with inquiries, and guiding them to the appropriate service counters or departments.
المسؤوليات
- Welcome all customers and visitors courteously
- Identify client needs and guide them to the appropriate department
- Manage the customer queue system and branch traffic flow
- Provide general information on services and products
- Assist clients in using self-service or digital banking kiosks
- Handle VIP clients with care and confidentiality
- Gather customer feedback and report issues to supervisor
المؤهلات
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field
- Minimum 1 – 2 years of experience in customer service, hospitality, or front-desk operations
- Fluency in both Arabic and English
