المسؤوليات
- Assist with end-to-end monthly payroll preparation
- Process variable compensation data and expense claims
- Support tracking and processing of payments for Subcontractors
- Manage and audit employee leave balances
- Support the implementation of Time and Attendance tracking project
- Ensure data integrity in the CARM system
- Develop and update standard operating procedures (SOPs)
المؤهلات
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, HR, or related field
- Fresh graduate or up to 2 years of relevant professional experience
- Advanced proficiency in Google Sheets (or MS Excel)
- Fluent English
