المسؤوليات

  • Assist with end-to-end monthly payroll preparation
  • Process variable compensation data and expense claims
  • Support tracking and processing of payments for Subcontractors
  • Manage and audit employee leave balances
  • Support the implementation of Time and Attendance tracking project
  • Ensure data integrity in the CARM system
  • Develop and update standard operating procedures (SOPs)

المؤهلات

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, HR, or related field
  • Fresh graduate or up to 2 years of relevant professional experience
  • Advanced proficiency in Google Sheets (or MS Excel)
  • Fluent English
