We are seeking a qualified Project Engineer with experience in the Oil & Gas Sector, strong technical expertise and effective project management skills to successfully lead & deliver projects.
المسؤوليات
- Provide technical and engineering support throughout project phases
- Assist in bid preparation, tender submissions and coordination with clients and principals
- Prepare RFQs, evaluate technical and commercial vendor offers
- Oversee all aspects of project execution including engineering, procurement, contracting, and site coordination
- Coordinate with vendors, subcontractors and third parties
- Develop competitive technical proposals
- Conduct market research
- Manage documentation including plans, reports and correspondence
- Ensure compliance with upstream O&G standards and procedures
المؤهلات
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Chemical or Process Engineering
- Minimum 7 years of relevant experience in the Oil & Gas sector
- Valid Kuwait driving license preferred
