Sky View Real Estate Brokers is seeking a Developer Admin to handle Oqood registration, Sales and Purchase Agreements, and Dubai Land Department transactions. You will liaise with government authorities and developers to ensure compliance with UAE real estate laws.
المسؤوليات
- Handle Oqood registration, amendments, and cancellations
- Prepare, review, and process Sales and Purchase Agreements (SPA)
- Coordinate DLD related transactions and approvals
- Manage Trakheesi applications and permits
- Liaise with government authorities, developers, and brokers
- Maintain accurate records for all developer-related transactions
المؤهلات
- Proven experience in a Developer Admin or similar role
- Strong knowledge of Oqood, SPA, DLD processes, and Trakheesi
- Familiarity with RERA regulations
- Proficient in MS Office
