First Gulf Company is seeking a Procurement Manager to lead and manage procurement of spare parts, materials, and consumables for Facility Management projects (medical and non-medical) to ensure smooth operations.
المسؤوليات
- Manage the full procurement cycle: RFQs, quotations, POs, and delivery follow-up
- Ensure availability of critical spare parts to avoid downtime
- Coordinate with Engineering and Maintenance teams for specifications
- Source and negotiate with suppliers for best quality and cost
- Monitor stock levels and reorder points
- Support emergency procurement requests
- Use ERP systems for tracking and control
المؤهلات
- Strong procurement and supplier management skills
- Knowledge of FM spare parts and maintenance materials
- Good negotiation and communication skills
- Organized and detail-oriented
