We are looking for a dedicated Specialist - Administrative Services to be the first point of contact for our team and visitors. This role involves creating a positive professional first impression, providing administrative support, and ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of the office.
المسؤوليات
- Greet visitors, clients, and vendors
- Manage a multi-line phone system
- Maintain a tidy reception and lobby area
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and courier services
- Perform clerical duties including filing and scanning
- Manage office supply inventory
- Schedule meetings and coordinate meeting rooms
- Provide support for company events and team travel
- Monitor visitor access and issue badges
المؤهلات
- High school diploma; additional certification in Office Management is a plus
- Proven experience as a Receptionist or Front Desk Representative (3 years and above)
