We are looking for a dedicated Specialist - Administrative Services to be the first point of contact for our team and visitors. This role involves creating a positive professional first impression, providing administrative support, and ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of the office.

المسؤوليات

  • Greet visitors, clients, and vendors
  • Manage a multi-line phone system
  • Maintain a tidy reception and lobby area
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and courier services
  • Perform clerical duties including filing and scanning
  • Manage office supply inventory
  • Schedule meetings and coordinate meeting rooms
  • Provide support for company events and team travel
  • Monitor visitor access and issue badges

المؤهلات

  • High school diploma; additional certification in Office Management is a plus
  • Proven experience as a Receptionist or Front Desk Representative (3 years and above)
