We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Real Estate Agent to join our Dubai brokerage team. The ideal candidate will handle property sales and leasing, build strong client relationships, and guide buyers, sellers, and investors through the Dubai real estate market while ensuring full compliance with RERA regulations. Key Responsibilities: - Generate, qualify, and follow up on buyer, seller, landlord, and tenant leads - Promote residential and/or commercial properties (off-plan, secondary, leasing) - Conduct property viewings, inspections, and site visits - Negotiate offers, prices, payment terms, and contracts on behalf of clients - Achieve monthly and quarterly sales or leasing targets

المسؤوليات

  • Generate, qualify, and follow up on buyer, seller, landlord, and tenant leads
  • Promote residential and/or commercial properties (off-plan, secondary, leasing)
  • Conduct property viewings, inspections, and site visits
  • Negotiate offers, prices, payment terms, and contracts on behalf of clients
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales or leasing targets
  • Provide professional advice on market trends, pricing, ROI, and locations in Dubai
  • Maintain long-term relationships with investors, end-users, landlords, and developers
  • Deliver excellent customer service from inquiry to deal closure and handover
  • Stay updated on Dubai property laws, RERA rules, and market trends
  • Source new listings and maintain an up-to-date property portfolio
  • Conduct comparative market analysis (CMA) for pricing and positioning
  • Promote listings through portals, social media, company channels, and networking
  • Attend property launches, exhibitions, and developer events
  • Build referral networks and partnerships

المؤهلات

  • Minimum 1 year experience in real estate sales or leasing (Dubai experience preferred)
  • RERA certification or willingness to obtain it
  • Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and customer-focused
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends
  • Proficient in CRM systems and property portals
