We’re looking for a dependable Assistant Store Manager to help lead operations at Beach Bum Threads Surf Club. This role involves leading by example on the sales floor, support hiring, and keeping the store running smoothly.
المسؤوليات
- Lead by example on the sales floor
- Support hiring, training, and coaching of sales associates
- Open and close the store and manage cash handling
- Oversee inventory flow and restocking
- Assist with pricing, discounts, and sales tracking
- Handle customer issues calmly and professionally
المؤهلات
- Previous retail leadership or key-holder experience preferred
- Strong cash handling and register management skills
- Excellent communication and people skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods
