Head of Design

We’re looking for a Head of Design to own and elevate the end-to-end product experience across Franki — including our consumer app, creator tools, rewards & fintech experiences, and business-facing products. You will set the design vision, lead the team, shape the systems, and ensure every part of the Franki ecosystem feels unified, intuitive, and delightful.

- Build and mentor a high-performing design team spanning product design, visual design, and research.
- Establish repeatable design processes that support rapid iteration.
- Partner cross-functionally with Product & Engineering to shape roadmaps and define design requirements.
- Lead UX across our consumer app and business portal.
- Improve activation, first purchase conversion, and repeat purchase behavior.
- Own the design system that powers Franki across mobile and web.
- Lead design for the expansion of our web platform experience.
- Oversee UX for the Business Portal, Franki+ onboarding, analytics dashboards, and promotional tools.
المؤهلات
- 7–12 years of product design experience, including 3+ years leading or managing design teams.
- Proven experience designing and shipping consumer mobile apps at scale.
- Mastery of mobile UX, IA, interaction design, and user research.
- Experience building and maintaining design systems.
- Excellence in visual design craft and prototyping.
- Ability to drive 0→1 product work and iterate quickly.
