Senior Sales Engineer - Oil and Gas

We are seeking a Senior Sales Engineer with strong experience in Electrical and Industrial product sales for the Oil & Gas sector. The role involves driving sales within a trading-led, multi-brand environment while building and strengthening brand relationships and market presence over time. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing business opportunities, managing key stakeholder relationships, and handling the full sales cycle from technical recommendations to order closure.
المسؤوليات
- Drive sales of Electrical and Industrial products into the Oil & Gas sector
- Develop business through trading, project supplies, and repeat orders
- Build and manage relationships with end users, EPC contractors, consultants, and procurement teams
- Source, recommend, and promote electrical & industrial products
- Handle RFQs, techno-commercial offers, pricing, negotiations, and order closures
- Maintain sales pipeline, forecasts, and market intelligence
المؤهلات
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Instrumentation Engineering
- 8–15 years of UAE/GCC experience in Electrical & Industrial sales, preferably in Oil & Gas
- UAE driving license preferred
