Do you love the energy of an airport environment? We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven leader to oversee RX’s airport operations at London Heathrow airport. This dynamic role will be accountable for managing ground handling operations, making sure regulations are followed, improving our guest experience, and keeping sound relations with stakeholders.
المسؤوليات
- Oversee RX’s airport operations at London Heathrow
- Manage ground handling operations and ensure regulatory compliance
- Improve guest experience and maintain stakeholder relations
- Ensure safety, service quality, and operational excellence
- Manage day-to-day services including ramp, check-in, baggage, and ticketing
- Represent Riyadh Air at AOC meetings and regulatory forums
- Lead the airport team and ensure adherence to SOPs
المؤهلات
- Degree qualified
- At least 8 years of progressive experience in Airport or Ground Operations
- At least 5 years of prior managerial experience at Heathrow airport
- Proven track record in managing airport operations (passenger services, ramp, baggage)
- Station start-up or launch experience is preferred
