YEO is a leading company that provides top-quality services throughout the entire electrification value chain. We are seeking a highly skilled "Project Executive, Industrial & Automation" to join our team in Tuzla, İstanbul.
المسؤوليات
- Plan, manage, supervise, and execute all phases of automation projects
- Define project scope, develop project timelines, and manage end‑to‑end project processes
- Build the project team, assign tasks, monitor performance, and ensure effective coordination
- Analyze customer requirements, define project needs, and develop solution proposals
- Plan and procure materials, equipment, and workforce required for the project
- Prepare project budgets, control costs, and ensure on‑time completion
- Identify potential risks, develop mitigation strategies, and manage risks
- Ensure full compliance with occupational health & safety rules, legal regulations, and quality standards
- Monitor project progress and prepare reports
- Follow technological advancements in automation and propose continuous improvement initiatives
المؤهلات
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Electrical‑Electronics, Mechanical, Industrial Engineering, Automation, or Mechatronics
- Minimum 10+ years of experience in automation projects
- At least 5 years of leadership experience in project management
- Experience in site management and maintenance operations within industrial facilities or automation systems
- Strong technical knowledge of PLC, SCADA, DCS, HMI systems, sensors, and actuators
- Experience managing large‑scale industrial automation projects
- Strong budget control, cost management, and risk analysis capabilities
- Ability to adapt to intense site‑based operations and dynamic project environments
- Advanced proficiency in MS Office
- Advanced proficiency in written and spoken English
- No travel restrictions
