- Design, train, and optimize AI and machine learning models for complex technical applications
- Develop intelligent systems capable of understanding and reasoning over structured technical data
- Build methods for extracting and applying knowledge from technical documents and industry standards
- Integrate AI capabilities into existing software automation workflows
- Create AI-driven recommendation and decision-support features for engineering use cases
- Incorporate domain knowledge and best practices into model behavior and outputs
المؤهلات
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- Strong background in AI/ML with hands-on experience training and deploying models in production
- Experience working with large language models (LLMs) and model fine-tuning techniques
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently in a fast-paced startup environment
- Demonstrated ability to take ownership of complex technical systems end-to-end
- Ability to quickly learn and apply new technologies and tools
