Talent Acquisition Partner

As the Talent Acquisition Partner, you will play a strategic role in driving all people matters for Noon Minutes team. You will lead and manage all aspects of People operations, including talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, employee engagement, compensation and benefits, training and development, and HR governance.
المسؤوليات
- Lead and manage all aspects of People operations, including talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, and HR governance.
- Align People initiatives with business objectives.
- Support across all People Experience functions.
- Lead and mentor a team of Talent Acquisition & Employee Relations Coordinators.
- Drive the annual performance management processes.
- Design and implement employee engagement initiatives.
المؤهلات
- At least 5 years within HR & Talent Acquisition
- Previous experience working in startups is an advantage.
- Ability to work in a high-paced and dynamic environment
- Ability to deal with ambiguity and find effective solutions
- Demonstrated ability to communicate and collaborate across all levels of the business.
- Highly organized with strong bias for action.
