Senior Procurement Manager - Saudi National

We're looking for an experienced Senior Procurement Manager to join our team in AlUla, Saudi Arabia. In this role, you will oversee all procurement activities for our PMC project, managing vendor relationships, negotiating contracts, and ensuring cost-effective sourcing while maintaining compliance with Saudi regulations and project specifications. - Develop and execute comprehensive procurement strategies
- Identify, evaluate, and select qualified vendors and suppliers
- Negotiate contracts and terms with suppliers
- Manage vendor relationships and performance evaluations
- Analyze market trends, pricing data, and proposals
- Ensure compliance with Saudi regulations and company policies
- Coordinate with project managers, engineering, and finance teams
- Prepare and maintain procurement documentation and records
- Manage procurement budgets and reporting
المؤهلات
- Minimum 10 years of professional procurement management experience
- At least 5 years in construction or PMC residential projects
- APICS, CIPS, or equivalent procurement certification (preferred)
