Performance Business Analyst

The Performance Business Analyst will support data-driven decision-making by delivering end-to-end BI solutions across multiple assignments and projects. The role requires strong consulting exposure, the ability to translate business needs into functional specifications, and advanced qualitative and quantitative analysis skills. The position will work closely with business stakeholders, leadership teams, and technical resources to design, develop, and deploy scalable BI dashboards and insights.
المسؤوليات
- Manage the full BI lifecycle from requirements to visualization
- Design and develop interactive dashboards using Power BI and Tableau
- Conduct qualitative and quantitative analysis
- Translate business needs into functional specifications
- Lead workshops and stakeholder interviews
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and governance
المؤهلات
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Engineering, Computer Science, Economics, Finance, or a related discipline
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience within the GCC
