Project Manager - Ubuntu Embedded Systems

Responsible for the coordination and completion of large complex customer-facing projects, overseeing all aspects of project delivery for Ubuntu images on devices ranging from robots and edge gateways to automotive systems. You will act as the primary delivery liaison between Canonical's engineering teams and customers (Silicon vendors, OEMs, ODMs). This role involves managing project life cycles, risk mitigation, and providing technical feedback to reach desired delivery outcomes.

- Manage projects through their complete life cycle
- Work with engineering teams on custom board enablement
- Draft and maintain project-specific schedules and plans
- Obtain client agreement to project schedules and work items
- Drive technical issues to reach desired delivery outcomes
- Identify custom engineering requests not part of existing contracts
المؤهلات
- Solid project management experience in delivering engineering services
- Extensive experience managing projects with multi-continent resources
- Degree preferably in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Math
- PMP/PMI or PRINCE2 Practitioner Certification preferred
