Sephora is looking for an extraordinary Leader to head one of our stores. You will inspire the team, lead by example, and drive store performance through client focus and strategic vision.

- Analyze all relevant KPIs and propose action plans
- Identify and develop talent within the store team
المؤهلات
- Minimum 7 to 8 years' experience in store management
- Bachelor's degree
- Digital orientation and analytical skills
- MS Office skills
