Senior QC Engineer ( Manual Testing )

The Senior Quality Control Engineer (Manual Testing) will ensure that products are designed, built, and produced in accordance with customer specifications and quality requirements. This full-time position reports to the QA Lead. Those well-suited to this career enjoy problem-solving and working collaboratively with others. Daily and Monthly Responsibilities: Perform Diverse Tests (smoke, regression, integration, performance, cross-browser, etc.), Report Bugs Effectively, Collaborate with Team Members, Design Test Cases, and Mentor junior engineers. Roots cause analysis and participation in the full lifecycle of development are key components of this role.

- Perform Diverse Tests: Conduct various tests including smoke, regression, integration, performance, cross-browser, cross-platform, and responsive testing
- Report Bugs Effectively: Log clear and concise bug reports and track them using tools like DevOps
- Collaborate with Team Members: Work closely with QC, development, and business groups
- Design Test Cases: Create detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test cases
- Provide Test Results: Generate and send test results reports after verification with the QA lead
- Documentation: Build project documentation such as user manuals
- Verify Business Requirements: Review and verify business requirements and participate in static testing
- Conduct UAT: Engage in User Acceptance Testing to gather end-user feedback
- Mentoring and Training: Mentor and train junior quality control engineers
- Root Cause Analysis: Identify root causes of quality problems
المؤهلات
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, science, or information technology, or equivalent education and work experience
- Professional certification, such as ISTQB-CTFL or ISTQB-CTAL
- Knowledge of testing phases and approaches, including functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end testing
- Hands-on experience with SQL commands
