- Manage Regional President’s calendar and schedule meetings
- Prepare agendas, briefing materials, and presentations
- Act as first point of contact for stakeholders
- Organize travel arrangements and process expense reports
- Maintain filing systems and manage office supplies
المؤهلات
- Open for Omani nationals
- Minimum 8 years of experience as admin assistant to senior executive
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field
