We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Projects Manager to join our construction team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in real estate development in Dubai, exceptional project management skills, and the ability to oversee multiple projects from inception to completion.
المسؤوليات
- Develop and define project scopes, objectives, and deliverables
- Create detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation
- Lead and manage cross-functional project teams
- Oversee all phases of construction and monitor progress
- Develop and manage project budgets
- Track project progress using appropriate tools and techniques
- Generate and present detailed status reports to senior management
المؤهلات
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field
- Minimum of 15-20 years of experience in project management within the real estate development - Contracting industry in UAE
- At least 5 years focus on Highrise in Dubai
- Must have previous experience of working with Dubai master developers like DDA, Nakheel, Emaar etc
- Must have exposure to Dubai Land department inspection and approval process
