IT Engineer

The IT Executive will provide advanced IT support services, ensuring the optimal use of hardware and software technologies, enhancing system performance, and securing data. The ideal candidate will play a key role in designing and implementing networks and will support the organization’s IT infrastructure.
المسؤوليات
- Deliver Tier 1-2 support
- Perform root-cause analysis
- Install and repair computer hardware and software
- Monitor system performance metrics
- Assist in the design and implementation of networks
- Train users on new software
المؤهلات
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT service support
- Strong understanding of computer hardware and software systems
- ITIL, Network+, MCSA, and CCNA certifications are advantageous
