Manager, Accounting Controls

Oversee critical accounting operations, ensure robust financial governance, and lead a team of skilled professionals in a fully remote, innovation-driven environment. Contribute directly to scalable finance processes, automation initiatives, and high-quality financial reporting.
المسؤوليات
- Lead and supervise monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes
- Manage accounting operations including journal entries and intercompany transactions
- Oversee and mentor a team of accountants
- Coordinate with external finance outsourcing partners
- Deliver financial reporting and analysis
- Design and test internal financial controls
- Drive process optimization and automation initiatives
المؤهلات
- Fluency in English and Spanish
- Post-qualified accounting experience with strong technical accounting expertise
- Proven experience managing and developing accounting teams
- Knowledge of U.S. GAAP and Dutch GAAP
- Experience with SAP (SAP S/4HANA preferred)
