Reliability and Asset Sr. Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Reliability and Asset Senior Supervisor to join our dynamic team. This role combines leadership in reliability engineering, asset management, and maintenance planning to ensure optimal performance of our critical assets and equipment.
المسؤوليات
- Develop and implement comprehensive reliability and asset management strategies
- Lead and supervise a team of maintenance technicians
- Coordinate with technical teams and operations for maintenance activities
- Analyze and improve forecasting of preventative maintenance routines
- Utilize root cause analysis processes to review failures
- Manage and optimize the use of Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS)
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
- Develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) for asset performance
المؤهلات
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, preferably in Mechanical or a related field
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in reliability engineering, maintenance planning, or related roles
- Strong knowledge of maintenance management systems and reliability-centered maintenance principles
