The Real Estate Sales & Investment Advisor is responsible for guiding clients through the process of making profitable real estate investments in Georgia. This role requires a combination of sales expertise, investment knowledge, and real estate market insight to provide clients with tailored advisory services.
المسؤوليات
- Make initial contact with potential clients and conduct follow-up
- Arrange meetings to present investment opportunities
- Advise clients on ROI, NPV, and rental yield analysis
- Prepare and deliver tailored investment proposals
- Document all client interactions in CRM systems
- Stay updated on Georgian real estate laws and market trends
المؤهلات
- 2–4 years of experience in sales or investment advisory
- Fluent in Arabic and English
