Divisional Talent Projects & Data Specialist

Securitas is a world-leading safety and security solutions partner. The Divisional Talent Projects & Data Specialist will be part of the AMEA People & Culture team, driving talent initiatives through project management and ensuring high standards of data quality, analysis, and reporting. This position supports strategic talent programs by managing timelines, coordinating stakeholders, and delivering accurate insights to improve engagement and retention across the Division.
المسؤوليات
- Plan, execute, and monitor talent-related projects ensuring alignment with divisional and global priorities
- Develop project timelines, milestones, and deliverables
- Ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency of talent data across systems
- Conduct regular audits and validations to maintain data integrity
- Analyze talent metrics (retention, turnover, productivity, engagement) and prepare actionable insights
- Create dashboards and reports for talent initiatives
- Support compliance with data governance and confidentiality standards
المؤهلات
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
- 1-3 years in HR, Talent development, HR consultancy, Data engineering or similar roles
- Hands-on experience in project coordination and data analysis
