As a Strategy and Business Growth Lead, you will play a pivotal role in driving strategic business growth initiatives for Airbnb’s Experiences business, with ownership over demand strategy for priority markets and select global cross-functional programs. You will be responsible for co-developing and executing innovative strategies that align cross-functional teams, enabling rapid growth and ensuring the highest quality experiences for our guests and hosts worldwide.

- Develop and implement strategic plans that drive growth for Airbnb's Experiences business
- Navigate and address market and category-specific challenges and opportunities
- Act as the DRI for driving demand for the Experiences business
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product management, finance, marketing, community, communications, sales operations, and supply
- Translate data-driven insights into actionable operational plans
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Serve as a trusted advisor translating complex data into clear recommendations
- Own and influence the business outcomes of this high-growth area
- Strategically plan for the next phases of expansion
- Structure incentives, business models, and ways of working for efficient scale
- Interpret business risks and recommend best practices
- Work closely with the Airbnb community to foster a sense of belonging
المؤهلات
- 10+ years of experience leading complex growth initiatives or business programs in high-growth environments
- Proven track record of building and scaling new businesses
- Experience in the consumer services industry preferred
- Direct experience launching and scaling growth initiatives (paid marketing, referral programs, etc.)
- Strong analytical abilities combined with a deep understanding of guest needs and market dynamics
- Ability to distill complex information into clear business strategies
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
- Expertise in driving collaboration across diverse teams
- Comfortable navigating ambiguity and working independently
- Strategic thinker with a passion for innovation and new product development
- Proven experience in leading strategic and tactical execution within a large organization
- Capale of self-learning and developing tools to enhance processes
