Growth Marketing Manager

As the Growth Marketing Manager, you will own Faheem's marketing growth end-to-end. You'll be responsible for designing, executing, and optimizing multi-channel campaigns, managing budgets, and driving results across the full acquisition-to-retention funnel.

- Lead end-to-end growth marketing initiatives
- Manage paid marketing across Google, TikTok, Snapchat, and other channels
- Optimize campaigns for lead generation and cost-per-lead efficiency
- Analyze performance data to improve ROI
- Manage large marketing budgets
- Collaborate with Sales, Ops, and Product teams
المؤهلات
- Proven experience as a Growth or Marketing Manager with strong KPI-driven results
- Hands-on experience managing acquisition and retention funnels
- Track record of managing large paid media budgets (5M+ SAR annually)
- Comfortable with full-funnel analytics, conversion optimization, and lead quality measurement
- Based in KSA (Saudi preferred)
