Business Development (Recruitment Outsourcing)

We are seeking a dynamic and target-driven Business Development Executive to drive new client acquisition and grow our Recruitment Outsourcing (RPO/Manpower/Staffing) business. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, closing deals, and building long-term client relationships across various industries.
المسؤوليات
- Identify and develop new business opportunities for recruitment outsourcing services
- Generate leads through cold calling, networking, client meetings, and referrals
- Meet HR managers, decision-makers, and business leaders to understand hiring needs
- Promote RPO, bulk hiring, contract staffing, and manpower solutions
- Prepare proposals, pricing, and service agreements
- Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve sales targets
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients for repeat business
- Coordinate with recruitment team to ensure timely delivery of client requirements
- Track sales pipeline and update CRM regularly
- Attend industry events and networking sessions to expand client base
المؤهلات
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, or related field
- Proven experience in recruitment agency sales / staffing solutions / HR outsourcing
- Strong client acquisition and negotiation skills
- Good knowledge of UAE/GCC hiring market (preferred)
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Target-oriented and self-motivated personality
- Valid UAE Driving License (preferred)
