We are seeking a dynamic and target-driven Business Development Executive to drive new client acquisition and grow our Recruitment Outsourcing (RPO/Manpower/Staffing) business. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, closing deals, and building long-term client relationships across various industries.

المسؤوليات

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities for recruitment outsourcing services
  • Generate leads through cold calling, networking, client meetings, and referrals
  • Meet HR managers, decision-makers, and business leaders to understand hiring needs
  • Promote RPO, bulk hiring, contract staffing, and manpower solutions
  • Prepare proposals, pricing, and service agreements
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve sales targets
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing clients for repeat business
  • Coordinate with recruitment team to ensure timely delivery of client requirements
  • Track sales pipeline and update CRM regularly
  • Attend industry events and networking sessions to expand client base

المؤهلات

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, or related field
  • Proven experience in recruitment agency sales / staffing solutions / HR outsourcing
  • Strong client acquisition and negotiation skills
  • Good knowledge of UAE/GCC hiring market (preferred)
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Target-oriented and self-motivated personality
  • Valid UAE Driving License (preferred)
