The Senior Manager of the Transport Operations Control Centre (TOCC) is responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, ensuring the efficient and safe movement of transport services across land, marine, and air networks. The role involves leading a team of operations controllers, managing performance metrics, and ensuring compliance with safety standards and regulatory requirements.

- Lead and manage the Transport Operations Control Centre team
- Monitor and control real-time transport operations across multiple modes of transportation
- Coordinate the response to operational disruptions and crisis management
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement, safety, and collaboration within the control centre
- Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
- Lead investigations into operational incidents or safety breaches
- Identify opportunities for operational improvements and technology integration
- Oversee the collection, analysis, and reporting of operational data
المؤهلات
- Bachelor's degree in Transport Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred)
