Media Assistant - Intern

This role offers a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in marketing and business operations at InfluenConnect x Comms8. Reporting to the managers, you will support content creation, business operations, and external outreach while assisting with day-to-day administrative tasks.
المسؤوليات
- Develop and edit content for presentations, brochures, blogs, newsletters and social media platforms
- Conduct research and suggest creative ideas for campaigns and projects
- Manage online communities, including outreaching and engaging with followers
- Track and consolidate marketing channel performance reports
- Assist with copywriting, visual design, and video/reel editing
- Keep PowerPoint decks and company materials up to date
- Localize content across different languages as needed
- Conduct desktop research on industry trends, competitors, and potential clients
- Maintain and update client and contact databases
- Support in preparing presentations and proposals for potential clients
- Update website content, company directories, client logos, and email signatures
- Assist in coordinating and delivering project tasks to ensure deadlines are met
- Provide administrative assistance, such as organising files and updating records
- Manage printing needs and coordinate with production houses
المؤهلات
- At least one year of relevant experience in digital marketing, content creation, or influencer marketing
- Proficient in both written and spoken English
- Proficiency in Chinese would be a plus
- Skilled in short video editing and visual design using Canva
- Familiar with major advertising tools and platforms
- Knowledgeable about the Chinese social media landscape would be an advantage
- Interested in influencer marketing or with prior collaboration experience in this field
- Capable of independently developing content strategies, executing tasks, and conducting data analysis
- Possesses a understanding of digital marketing, staying up to date with the latest industry trends
- A team player with attention to detail, responsibility, and strong communication skills
