As a User Acquisition Manager at Lucida AI, you will take full ownership of high-scale user acquisition and growth, managing monthly advertising budgets starting from $500,000+ USD. This role is built for someone who has already operated at serious scale and is comfortable making fast, high-impact decisions.
المسؤوليات
- Plan, launch, and scale multi-channel UA campaigns
- Manage and optimize ad spend focusing on ROAS and LTV
- Define creative hypotheses and lead creative strategy
- Optimize the full acquisition journey: ad to subscription
- Analyze complex datasets using Singular / Adjust and cohort models
المؤهلات
- 5+ years managing high-volume UA campaigns for mobile apps
- Demonstrated experience managing $500,000+ monthly ad budgets
- Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Apple Search Ads, Meta, TikTok
- Deep understanding of SKAN, mobile attribution, and performance marketing
- Fluent in English
