Office Administrator & IMS Coordinator

Responsible for providing comprehensive office administrative support while coordinating and maintaining the Integrated Management System (IMS). Ensures document control, audit preparation, and compliance tracking.

- Manage day-to-day office administrative activities
- Handle correspondence and filing systems
- Maintain and control IMS documentation
- Support implementation of ISO standards
- Prepare documentation for internal and external audits
- Track non-conformities and improvements
- Follow up on audit findings
- Maintain compliance registers
المؤهلات
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Quality Management, Operations, or EHS
- ISO Internal Auditor training (9001/14001/45001) preferred
- 4–8 years total experience
