Quality Manager (Bursa)

Danone Türkiye is looking for a talented colleague for the position of Quality Manager, Bursa. This is a team management role reporting to an experienced Senior Factory Manager.
المسؤوليات
- Lead the implementation and continuous improvement of site-wide quality systems
- Ensure consistent application of quality control measures throughout production
- Maintain and audit all relevant documentation to ensure traceability
- Prepare for and manage external and internal audits
- Lead root cause investigations and corrective/preventive actions
- Analyze quality performance indicators and identify trends
- Collaborate with production, engineering, and maintenance teams to solve quality challenges
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of quality professionals
- Ensure robust product traceability and recall procedures are in place
- Actively participate in plant risk assessments and crisis preparedness activities.
المؤهلات
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Science, or a related technical discipline
- At least 5–7 years of experience in quality assurance or quality control within manufacturing environments
- Demonstrated experience managing compliance audits, system improvements, and cross-functional quality initiatives
- Fluent in English (verbal and written); comfortable operating in an international work environment
- Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP) and quality data tools is a plus
