Union Properties PJSC is seeking an experienced Corporate Counsellor to provide confidential counselling, psychological assessments, preventive mental health programs, and advisory support to leadership and HR.
المسؤوليات
- Provide confidential one-on-one counselling to employees
- Conduct psychological assessments and mental health evaluations
- Design and deliver mental health awareness programs
- Advise HR and leadership on mental health policies
- Maintain accurate and confidential records
المؤهلات
- Master’s degree in Psychology / Counselling Psychology / Clinical Psychology or MBBS with MD/DNB in Psychiatry
- 10+ years of relevant clinical or counselling experience
- Valid license/registration with relevant professional or medical councils
