Contracts & Commercial Manager – FM

We are seeking a senior Commercial Manager to lead commercial operations and client acquisition for Facility Management and Interior Fit-Out projects. The role requires strong financial control, contract management expertise, and a proven ability to win and retain clients in the UAE market.

- Develop and execute commercial strategies
- Drive client acquisition and identify new business opportunities
- Manage key client relationships
- Prepare, review, and negotiate contracts and proposals
- Control project budgets, costs, and margins
- Ensure compliance with UAE regulations
المؤهلات
- 10–15 years of UAE experience in Facility Management and/or Interior Fit-Out
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field (preferred)
