Business Development Manager

Akoni Technologies is a fast-growing IT Consulting and Resourcing company specialising in ServiceNow, Oracle Cloud, Cyber Security, Integrations, ERP Implementation, Data, DevOps and Software Engineering. The Business Development Manager – Middle East will be responsible for securing new private/Public sector business across Akoni’s IT consulting and resourcing offerings, while also contributing to the go-to-market strategy for Akoni’s upcoming products. This is a hands-on, revenue-generating role focused on opening new accounts, building long-term client relationships and closing profitable deals.
المسؤوليات
- Identify, target and secure new private-sector clients across multiple industries
- Build and manage a strong sales pipeline covering consulting engagements and IT resourcing
- Drive outbound business development through LinkedIn, email, networking events, and direct outreach
- Position Akoni as a trusted delivery partner for digital transformation
- Own the full sales lifecycle: prospecting, qualification, pitching, proposals, negotiation, and deal closure
- Develop tailored proposals and capability decks
- Negotiate rates, margins, MSAs, SOWs and commercial terms
- Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders (CIOs, CTOs, etc.)
- Track market trends across digital transformation, AI, cyber security, cloud and data
المؤهلات
- Proven experience in private-sector IT business development, consulting sales or technology resourcing
- Demonstrated success in winning new clients and closing commercial deals
- Fluent in both Arabic and English
- Strong understanding of IT consulting, digital transformation and resource augmentation models
- Confident negotiator with experience handling MSAs, SOWs, rate cards and commercials
- Excellent communication, presentation and relationship-building skills
- Experience using CRM systems and managing structured sales pipelines
- Experience selling into mid-market and enterprise organisations
