Chief Cook (C/C) | Offshore - Heavy Lift Crane

Join OSM Thome as Chief Cook on an offshore heavy lift crane vessel in Saudi Arabia. You will be in charge of the galley, preparing good, safe meals for the crew and keeping high standards of hygiene and food storage onboard.
المسؤوليات
- Plan menus and prepare daily meals for crew and officers
- Order, receive and control stock of food and galley supplies
- Ensure proper handling, storage and rotation of provisions
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in galley, mess rooms and stores
- Follow vessel safety, hygiene and HSE procedures at all times
المؤهلات
- Previous experience as Chief Cook or Cook on offshore vessels
- Valid STCW certificates and medical fit for sea service
- Good knowledge of food safety and galley hygiene standards
- Good English communication skills
