As a Training Specialist, You will focus on design, deliver, and evaluate impactful learning solutions that support our organizational goals.

- Deliver training programs that align with business objectives
- Facilitate workshops, classroom sessions, and on-the-job training
- Assess training effectiveness through feedback and metrics
- Partner with managers to identify training needs
- Prepare training reports and insights to measure ROI
- Assess new hire candidates' skills and qualifications pre-joining
المؤهلات
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
- 3-5 years of proven experience as a Training Specialist or L&D Specialist
