Senior Specialist eCom Digital Partner Program Ops

This hybrid role is responsible for both cataloguing, master data management and financial file settlements across DPC platforms for the EMC Global Partner Program. The specialist ensures business readiness by managing product data, operational processes, and financial settlements, working closely with cross-functional teams to drive operational excellence.
المسؤوليات
- Create and manage cataloguing templates for all partners
- Create master data for all DPC platforms
- Manage end-to-end seller portal processes
- Understand and execute the financial reconciliation process
- Liaise with DPC platforms to resolve settlement file errors
- Review and submit all invoices related to DPC platforms to finance teams
- Raise purchase orders, proforma invoices, and invoices for packaging materials
المؤهلات
- 3+ years of professional experience
- Experience in ecommerce marketplace
